Greetings! I'm a renaissance woman in the truest sense. This website is a portal to the many parts of my psyche: artistic, yogic and energetic.
To me, energy worker encompasses all that I do, whether it's voiceover work, directing, teaching yoga, or playing live music. This is the current that runs through all things and sacred space can find us in whatever space we are occupying once we become present to this universal flow.
